Yes, we are serving the entire Klang Valley area. We provide point-to-point transfers and premium transportation for business and leisure travelers within the city.

How do I book a limousine service with DLS?

How early should I book a limousine service?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard bookings. For special events or large groups, we suggest booking as early as possible to ensure availability.

Is your company legally registered to operate limousine services?

Yes. DLS Limousine Sdn Bhd is a legally incorporated company in Malaysia and is authorised to provide limousine services in accordance with applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept bank transfers, major credit cards (including AMEX), and selected online payment methods. A secure payment link can be provided upon confirmation of booking or through a website.

Are your vehicles properly licensed and permitted under APAD?

Yes. All vehicles operated by DLS Limousine Sdn Bhd are company-owned, legally registered, and licensed under the relevant Malaysian authorities Land Public Transport Agency (APAD). Our vehicles operate under valid company permits and not under personal permits.

What is the difference between a company permit and a personal (illegal) permit?
  • Company Permit (Legal):

Vehicles are licensed by APAD under a registered company. They are commercially insured and

operated by licensed chauffeurs.

  • Personal Permit (Illegal):

Privately registered vehicles are not allowed to provide paid transportation services. These vehicles are not licensed by APAD for commercial use and may not have proper insurance coverage.
