Services
DLS Limousine provides limousine booking and transportation services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
User Accounts
- Registration
To use certain features of our Services, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
- Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Bookings and Cancellations
- Booking Process
Bookings can be made through our Site. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed. All booking is confirm with full payments only. Advanced bookings required at least 1 day/ 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made within 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time to avoid a cancellation fee. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation terms.
- Changes to Bookings
If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Fees and Payments
- Payment Terms
You agree to pay all fees associated with your booking. Prices are quoted in MYR currency and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
- Late Payments
If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and charge any applicable cancellation fees.
- Rate price
Rate price subject to change if fuel price increase. Additional pickup point RM50 will be charged.
- Mid night surcharge
(i) Airport transfer and overland transfer midnight surcharge 50% per/limo/way between 2300Hrs and 0559Hrs.
Conduct and Use of Services
- Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in fraudulent activities, posting defamatory content, or interfering with other users’ enjoyment of the Services.
- Driver and Passenger Conduct
All passengers and drivers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who engages in inappropriate behavior.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DLS Limousine Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DLS Limousine Sdn Bhd, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Refund Policy
At DLS Limousine Sdn Bhd (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to provide the best service possible. We understand that plans can change, and we offer a refundable policy for online limousine bookings under certain conditions. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding refunds.
Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
- Full Refund
Customers are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
- Partial Refund
If the cancellation is made within 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, customers may be eligible for a partial refund. The partial refund amount will 50%
- No Refund
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Booking fees
- Processing fees
- Any additional services requested at the time of booking
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us
Email us at deluxelimosineservices@gmail.com or whatsapp us only at +6012-545 3863 with your booking details, including the booking reference number, name, and date of the reservation.
- Confirmation
Our customer service team will review your request and confirm your cancellation. You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation has been processed.
- Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking, after deducting the service fee and merchant fee. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to credit to your account.
- Changes to Bookings
If you need to change your booking (e.g., change of date, time, or destination), please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies, or other unforeseen events), we may offer a refund outside of the standard policy at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
- Non-Show Policy
If the customer does not show up at the scheduled pick-up time and location without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
For airport transfer as below:
(i) Arrival transfer (from KLIA) – 100% non refund.
(ii) Departure Transfer (from KL hotel) – 100% non refund.
Arrival waiting time 90 minutes.
Departure waiting time 15 minutes. If the waiting time at the departure location exceeds 15 minutes, hourly usage will be charged in increments according to the vehicle rate specified at the time of booking.
- Company Cancellations
In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
